Thank you for your interest in the Western Wolf Academy! The Western Wolf Academy will be held July 31-August 3rd 2025 at a 214-acre private ranch, in Cascade, Idaho.

What’s Included:

-Lodging in the guest ranch’s rustic cabins or their luxury “glamping” tents

-Free-range of the 214-acre ranch to explore, fish, practice archery and relax Tom Schneider, Justin Small and Kate Small will be leading the seminars, demonstrations and activities.

We will only be hosting a small number of guests, permitting you to have ample time to get to know each instructor and ask them individual questions, to help hone in on your specific areas of need and education. You will have the chance to run our unique Western Wolf Academy Airgun Shooting Course which allows you to practice real life wolf hunting scenarios on life-size wolf targets. We will also be having contests and raffles for the guests, giving you excellent odds to win some awesome gear including a suppressor, bipods, custom knives and more!

While this is an educational hunting camp, we have chosen this specific location for you to get away from the hustle and bustle of life, unplug and enjoy the mountains! We will make sure you have plenty of time to relax and do what you please! Inside the lodge you can enjoy a pool table, ping pong table, cards, games or puzzles. Outside you can partake in horseshoes, corn hole, giant Jenga, archery (bring your bow), fishing on the ranch’s private lakes or nearby Tri-pod reservoir (bring your pole), hiking, helping the ranch hands with horses, cows & chickens, or even relaxing on your private porch with a good book. In the evenings we will plan to gather around the firepit, share stories and answer any additional questions you may have.

Our goal is for you to leave feeling recharged and confident in your ability to hunt wolves while hopefully gaining some new friends along the way! The price of the Western Wolf Academy is $1,800 per person. We are offering a group (2 or more) discount, if you sign up with a buddy you each get $200 off. Please let us know when you are signing up with a friend so we can ensure your discount. References from past attendees available upon request!

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

There will be no refunds or cancellations event deposits.

This is a life changing experience & opportunity to commit and challenge yourself mentally to do hard things. The first step to that is committing to yourself, mentally and financially to the experience.

SNTR reserves the right to change any part of the retreat as necessary. In the very unlikely event that SNTR must cancel the retreat, participants will be given the option to transfer all payments to a future retreat or to receive a full refund. SNTR is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Please note your Responsibilities: 1) all clients will be required to follow the safety policies and procedures of the SNTR Camps and the guides’ or coaches instructions during activities. 2) All clients will be required to sign a Participant Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement in favor of SNTR Camps before departing on any trip; and 3) each client agrees and acknowledges when they sign up for SNTR Camps, that they have significant responsibility for their own safety and that they agree they are ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE for their own safety during participation in a tour.
